EVENT RULES

1. 1. Safe Arrival and Departure: Exercise caution when arriving and leaving the event. No engine revving, burnouts, littering, reckless driving, or disruptive behavior.
   2. Vehicle Preparation: Ensure your car is clean and washed before the event.
   3. Personal Responsibility: Take full responsibility for your actions during the event.
   4. Vehicle Eligibility: We reserve the right to reject vehicles with serious body damage or in poor overall condition at the event entrance.
   5. Liability: The event organizer is not liable for losses or damages caused by third parties.
   6. Vehicle Safety: Car owners are responsible for the safety of their vehicles and must adhere to all public order and road traffic regulations.
   7. No Smoking or Open Fires: Smoking and open fires are prohibited except in designated area
   8. Expo Zone Participation: If you are chosen for the expo zone, you are required to remain within the zone until the end of the event. Leaving the expo zone before the event concludes is not permitted. If there are exclusions please inform us before
   9.  If the event has a participation fee it is like a donation! The paid amount can not be returned if you are not able to participate or in all other circumstances.
